CAROLYN BONNYMAN has been commissioned to write a 120' standalone for ITV Studios, w/t GENIES, intended for tx Christmas 2013.
LUCY CATHERINE is developing series BLACK FISH for Kudos, Phillipa Lowthorpe attached to direct and girl-gang series HENS for BBC Wales.
REBECCA GATWARD continues to balance her theatre and tv directing work. Has just completed 8 eps of Series 3 of comedy drama SADIE J for CBBC.
CATHY CRABB and Emma Adams have written companion plays under the banner The Enough Project which will tour to Theatre on the Mill, the Lowry Theatre and the Carriageworks in the North of England in June 2013 produced by Dep Arts and funded by the Arts Council.
ISHY DIN is writing one of this year's 'Coming Up' films for C4 in addition to other projects he has in development including new play SUSTENANCE being written under the Pearson Playwright Award for the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester.
AUDREY GILLAN's radio play A FIRM HAND was recorded just before Christmas for broadcast in February. A second play for R4 has already been commissioned for broadcast later this year.

GAVIN HOOD is in production on his own screenplay adaptation of Orson Scott Card's cult sci-fi novel ENDER'S GAME for Summit Ent., Harrison Ford stars. Post production is due to finish June 2013 for a November 2013 release.
CAT JONES' play GLORY DAZED won the Holden Street Theatre Award at Edinburgh last year and will tour to Adelaide in February after which it comes into Soho Theatre Studio April 22 - May 11. She is the most recent winner of the Pearson Playwright Award and will develop new play THE NATIVES at the Royal Exchange Theatre this year. She is also writing on the Shadow Scheme for HOLBY and her original series BANG UP! developed on the C4 Screenwriting Course has been optioned by Kindle Entertainment.
NICK LEATHER's 13 x 30' series ROCKET'S ISLAND, produced by Lime Productions, has been greenlit by CBBC for production this Summer. At the Writer's Guild Awards last year he won Best Episode of a Soap for Hollyoaks.
BRIAN LYNCH's 13 x 30' series CHARLIE has also been greenlit for production this Summer, for CBBC, produced inhouse.
TESS MORRIS's Brit-listed rom-com MAN-UP is slated for production 2013 (Big Talk/Studio Canal). Currently writing original sit-com IS THIS IT? for Big Talk/Sky and developing new feature film SECRET SANTA under a First Look Deal with Big Talk/Studio Canal.
DOON MACKICHAN has teamed up again with Sally Phillips and Fiona Allen for new sit-com STICK OR TWIST, first script commissioned by Tiger/BBC and original sitcom ANGELL TOWN to be written by and to star Doon has been picked up for development by DLT.
ANTHONY NEILSON's current commissions include a stage adaptation of The Haunting of Hill House for Sonia Friedman Prods/Hammer, a film for Kudos/Shine and a new play for the Royal Court for production in 2013. Also, developing spin-off series from his single film SPILSBURY, (unproduced) - first script commissioned by Stone City/BBC.
PHILIP RALPH has gone to script on original single drama about 7/7 for Hat Trick/C4 and he has just commenced development on a feature film about LOCKERBIE for Kevin Macdonald and Chris Young at Young Films.
JONATHAN ROMNEY's latest short film L’ASSENSA has been awarded a BFI Shorts bursary and will shoot in early 2013, produced by First Born Films.
AL SMITH won the Wellcome Screenwriting Prize at the end of last year and is currently writing a screenplay called HALFLIFE. He wrote the narrative for feature length BBC Natural History film AFRICA which was broadcast in France and Belgium in January this year and the companion 6-part series which he was Script Consultant on is tx-ing on BBC1 currently. Other commissions include new Womans Hour serial, LIFE IN THE FREEZER and an adaptation of Gogol's THE DIARY OF A MADMAN for the Gate Theatre.
SHELAGH STEPHENSON is currently commissioned to write a new play for Live Theatre, 6-parter EXILES for Working Title/BBC, a new comedy drama series SEEKS SIMILAR for BBC and a half hour comedy for BBC to star Hugh Bonneville called RESTING.

KATY is making the crossover from in front of the camera to behind the camera, as a writer. She has formatted returnable series PUTTING A FACE ON, eps 1 & 2 written.
